Problem Note 48428: Unable to open a SAS® Web Report Studio report from the unchallenged access area in SAS® Information Delivery Portal

In SAS Information Portal, you might see the following error when you try to open a report from the unchallenged access area in the Portal.
Fatal configuration error prevents access to SAS Web Report Studio
This error occurs even though you can successfully open the report when manually logged into the Portal using the same user ID that is configured for use with unchallenged access.
